Okxxx Turtles are very dirty animals and should be cleaned every other day if in a small tank with no filter, which if you had one the water would circulate and not turn your tank green. I’m sorry but it really irks me when people buy animals without doing the research FIRST. i imagined my mom in those same clothes, with the same situation occurring. And it would tell you what temps to matniain, Which are between 75-85 degrees, and as far as cleaning it once a month, how do you stand the smell?
