“Do I get a coffee?” Kitty asked. “Do I get a coffee?” Kitty asked. XXX He returned around six in the evening, “Call it a day Kitty,” he said, “I’ve got the papers, lets get them signed and then you cab go home if you like.”
He handed Kitty the papers for her to look over and when she nodded he handed her the pen to sign with. “Please,” she said, “Are we friends again?”
“Lovers?” he suggested. She pulled herself together before washing again and then she found her street clothes and dressed and took a taxi home. “But what about you?” Kitty asked, “The special on Tuesday evening it was you wasn’t it?”
“I have no idea what you are talking about!” he replied.
