When an in�jured person seeks damages under the fault system, he or she must often go through years of waiting to receive damages due to the time-consuming exercise of bringing a lawsuit and waiting for a court date (assuming a quick settlement can’t be reached with the insurance company of the person at fault). Just stunning .
